Green Meadows Registration/Screening  Process

The registration process will be in four stages:

Stage 1: Document Uploading

Access the Portal:

Visit student portal, then use your UTME Number as your Username and your Surname (in lowercase) as your Password.

Complete your Bio-data:

Fill out the bio-data form.

Document Upload: While completing your bio-data form, ensure to upload the following original documents:

1.     Birth Certificate

Reference Letter (From a reputable Clergyman/Imam/Lawyer/Senior Civil Servant). Address this to The Registrar, Green Meadows Professional Childcare College.

2.     Testimonial from your Secondary School

3.     State of Origin Certificate

4.     JAMB Admission Letter

5.     O’Level Result

6.     UTME Result Slip

 Stage 2: Document Screening

Submit two copies of the following documents to the registration officer:

1.       Screening Form from Stage 1

2.       Letter of Reference (Original copy, on Letterhead, with valid identification of the referee. Lawyers should use a valid NBA Seal [NOT THE RED SEAL])

3.       Birth Certificate or Sworn Declaration of Age (Photocopies)

4.       Passport Photographs (12 Copies: Write full names on the reverse side).

Important: Candidates should present original copies of credentials (like birth certificate, testimonial, state of origin, and WAEC certificate) for verification.

Stage 3: Fee Payment

Generate Payment Advice from the student portal

Do this after 24 hours of the Stage 2 process.

Bank Payment:

Visit any bank branch to make the necessary payment.

*Stage 4-your matric number will be generated and admission letter processed.
