Our college is committed to becoming the foremost empowerment and childcare skill acquisition institution, while delivering professional care services and support. We are fervently committed in instilling self-esteem and confidence to learners to forge ahead.
Our Program plans to;
- Develop a curriculum aligned with early childhood education standards,
- Collaborate with local preschools for practical teaching experiences and observations.
- Design a curriculum encompassing theories of disability, inclusive education strategies, and behavioral interventions.
- Provide individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Establish partnerships with special education centers for field placements and case study collaborations.
- Create a comprehensive curriculum covering educational leadership, financial management, policy development, and school-community relations.
- Offer internships with local schools, allowing students to shadow experienced administrators and work on real projects.
Our client expectation of GMPCC includes; recruitment of experienced educators and administrators who bring expertise in their respective fields, provide professional development opportunities through workshops, conferences, and research collaborations, foster a diverse faculty to promote different perspectives and experiences, Assign dedicated academic advisors to guide and provide mentorship programs connecting students with experienced educators and administrators.
We have forged partnerships with local schools, early childhood centers, and special education organizations for practical experiences and internships. We plan to organize workshops for parents and families on inclusive education practices and child development, conducting of regular assessments of program effectiveness using student feedback and outcome data. We further aim at collaborating with an external advisory board to review curriculum relevance and industry alignment, make data-driven improvements to enhance teaching methodologies and program content.
Our college will develop a marketing strategy showcasing success stories of alumni and the impact they've made in education, highlight faculty research achievements and their contributions to the field.
Resources will be allocated purposefully to ensure the quality and sustainability of all programs; we will seek grants and partnerships with local businesses to fund special projects and research initiatives.
Finally, educational technologies will be integrated for virtual classes, online assessments etc. Training sessions for faculty and students to enhance their digital literacy skills will be ensured.
