To Influence Policies and Monitoring strategies of the Federal Government in order to eliminate substandard and harmful Childhood Education centers
To Influence Policies and Implementation strategies that develops and improve existing Early Childhood Education centers.
Create awareness of the impending Human Capital depreciation in the next 20 years

EXPECTATION FOR CLIENTS
Certain expectations are required of GMPCC as it offers its services and products. These are: hitch-free admission for all candidates into the college, prompt response to enquiries from learners through the respective organs of the college and producing well-grounded graduates found worthy in learning and character for self-realization and the labor market.
IMPLEMENTING THE STRATEGY
GMPCC would seek collaboration with professional bodies/organizations to develop learning materials and produce instructionally well-designed course materials as study packs for students. Due to the special features of online distance learning, GMPCC would ensure provision of learner support services, employ competent instructional facilitators to impart instructions while the on-site learning will encourage the use of student group learning activities, presentations, etc. to enhance learning and encourage the use of appropriate multi-media technologies to achieve delivery of instructions
STRATEGIC & OPERATIONAL POLICIES
The immediate priority is maintaining the provision of instructional materials to the students in any delivery format and the continuing re-appraisal of the relevance of the various courses to meet prevailing demands of the society. To achieve this operational strategy, the reward system will accommodate increased responsibility for staff. The college will also improve the work environment for its staff and provide them with an effective working tools to enable them achieve job satisfaction.

Offer new and locally relevant courses, and provide the best possible learning experiences for our students through the use of a range of contextually relevant technologies;

STRATEGIC AIMS
To collaborate with educational institutions and organizations within the West African sub-region for training and development in Online and on-site learning. Enhance the growth and development of Gmpcc and its staff through partnerships with international development partners and professional organizations and other institutions worldwide.
To develop instructional materials suitable for international students beginning with the West African sub-region through the African region and to the rest of the world in keeping with the trends in cross-border education.
